So today is where you are going to be tested to do what we have talked about this week. You are to put yourself first and you are to not let others come in and dampen your parade to the point you forget what you really came here to do.
You already were programmed to follow and to see and do, and that needs to be broken out of you. To the point, all your steps, you look at with caution. To the point, all the media messages bring you to, who is this anyway? And what kind of life do they live? Are they even similar to my standards of living?
I mean, keeping it real. When I look out at all the people in cars around me or in the grocery stores, I feel like I mostly don’t see people I resonate with. Like a few maybe I see that maybe we could be friends maybe, but – for the most part I see people who need to wake up and who are following along and not even noticing they are doing so. I mostly see people like who I was in the 90’s. With a styrofoam coke in hand and thinking of a quarter pounder with cheese to sustain me. I was there and loving it at one time!
But I don’t do the things I see most people around me do. And I’ve always been that way because of the evolutionary process of wanting to be better and to do it better and be more aware. But the programming doesn’t want you going there. They don’t want you growing. They want you staying the same, stuck in the 90’s.
So we need to see that just because something is large or the majority doesn’t mean it gets to RULE OVER YOU.
At this time you are working to create your new story and that means you will have to go against the grain or do something that makes you not comply, and therefore it can feel uncomfortable. But trust me, do it a few times and it becomes like second nature. I was in this meeting where I just wasn’t feeling it at all. And the person just kept talking about things that I wasn’t interested in being there for. And as if it was the most second nature thing, I ended the meeting by just standing up and heading towards the door. I didn’t sit there and allow this situation to take my valuable time and keep me in what I was not enjoying. I just stood myself up and was like, good to meet you and goodbye! And it felt wonderful to do. And you all can do the same thing where you are just like, no thank you and goodbye. It's time to embrace this story for your life – as we tell our stories every day – and yours needs to be where you are loved, valuable and ALLOWED to go towards what feels good.
