Good morning! Okay then. So today really lays into us that something has to change and something has come in to shift us that now gets us focused into other areas that deal with taking one step at a time, but not losing yourself to old thoughts that are coming in that WOULD have questioned what you think you can do or have in the near future.
We all feel something real big in our bodes right now. And many of you may feel that things are starting to tip like dominoes or that they are snow balling into something else. This is a situation in life that all people face anyway, as they look into the unknown that is forcing them there from a sequence of events that come one after the other. You may feel like you just got yourself back up and then you get punched down again. And if you know anything about training, it is a whole bunch of that, but way less than what we will see on the pursuit of or dreams.
But this is exactly what happens when we are training for something. EXACTLY. We try, we fall, we try, we fall, we try, we fall, we try, we fall, we try, and then we get it. And then we are super empowered and feeling stoked about ourselves because we finally cracked the code and got to the prize.
This week we start to transition out of the fast life and into something where we look patiently at where we fall and we seek to rewire this broken patch in your tapestry that keeps sinking you into defeat or limited thinking or depression or thoughts that you should kill yourself and that you are a total fucking mistake.
Those are rips in your tapestry that were MADE BY OTHERS. They 100% are NOT YOU – but your mind took them on and now when the stimulation or provocation arrives, you plummet into that ripped up spot and beat yourself and your potential to shreds.
But even though we are talking about your wounds from others, there is something before your wounds that is triggered because of this addiction to everything now and fast. You need to start seeing that you are the one getting in your way or you are your worst enemy because this fast has you wired to judge all your moves that are going their normal and organic pace as FLAWED because you look around and feel the fast pressure.
So we also need to stop and feel all those times we look at the book we are writing, the project we are creating, the dreams we are envisioning and how we stay consumed with wanting to birth them faster. Always. Alongside our creations or dreams that we wish to support and sustain us, we plant with seeds of wondering how to do this faster – while beating ourselves up for not keeping up.
My datebook has to be redone every week because I plan for the month and my MIND creates this thing that I can imagine I will be doing. But I have never been able to follow through on it thus far in my life!! I always see that I can do more, but my actual feet walking the things is where I then see it's impossible. So I do the datebook again and see my month in the future again, from the new wisdom of the now that shows me my expectations where FAST based and not reality based.
But most of you are still beating yourself up because you can’t keep up with your thoughts of how you envision things to be. And that is then where we sit in some wounded space where someone told you that you are not valuable or there is nothing special about you or you ARE going to fail. So it becomes this cluster of things that tangle together and leave you feeling lost and left out. And now it's time to start correcting that.
So first face the fast of life -- and then take a deep breath. Take one right now. That will remind you that a process is playing out and you keeping up with the journey with positive inside thoughts is ESSENTIAL. The old world programmed you to stay small through judging yourself and saying cruel things in your mind about your progress. So stop the thoughts and plant the seeds that your timing is perfect and you WILL get to the top of the mountain when you are best ready to step into the highest role of your soul. Lead your mind into better thoughts.
