Oh loves! Now today is a bit sensitive and there are waves of nostalgia hitting us where we are going back and making connecting into our patterns, past life karma and things that have us looking at ourselves and wanting to know HOW can I make a difference in making my own life better. I told you that in 2020 we would all find our way into getting trauma therapy so that we can see what we will never be able to see on our own. We have to find the authority for us who will steer our strong egos into healing and not into more pain and more complicated situations to manifest.
We need to get clear. And we are not clear because we have seen so much pain that we sit very open to the negative spectrum of what we think will manifest for us, and what we think we deserve. When we get clear we touch into our love vibe and it awakens us to our own importance, and all the gas lighting or manipulation trying to keep you thinking you are bad for making yourself important. We think it is spiritual to think of others first and to try to make things easier on them. But that is actually the voice of trauma because you are always to put on your breathing mask on first and to get yourself stable and then you are to reach out and assist others. To think of others when you aren’t giving yourself the value and attention you deserve, puts you in a position of co-dependency and the feeling that if they are not happy you can't be happy.
This is important for you to see because you are pushed further from healing when people say you are selfish and you need to think of others more. Maybe you do, but that isn’t on anyone to tell you – except your trauma therapist. And honestly when you do take care of you, you DO want to think of others. It is a natural process. But today when you want to curl into yourself and hide way, DO SO and do it because you love and value yourself. This is important today because our patterns are rewiring and you are saying that you DO deserve a lot more than you have been getting. Go inward to hear a story of vulnerability defining your true needs. Release your voice and be clear with what you now need to feel safe and secure.
