Eat, sleep and soak in the tub!

Good morning my loves! So today you should feel a bit tired because we are at the top of the moon mapping wheel where we move into 2 weeks of an inward space of putting things into a better order. But we get super inspired today to want to think and plan around something and to start laying it out so that your life runs better in the near future. 
 
The energy can have you wanting to work on your home or what you have around you BECAUSE it helps you feel in control when the world outside of you feels so out of YOUR control. So, take advantage of how you naturally want to nest or work on the home or do things that get you feeling safe and secure and nurtured and in SOMETHING that gets you creating the space of safety. 
 
You are to work towards the feeling of what has you feeling full or like you are supported from what is around you. You may even want to paint your walls a dark color, which you should! Dark warm tones are LOVELY, and they DO NOT make the room look small; they make it feel unbelievably cozy. It's like heated walls. Cool tone colors are a different story. But make the changes, even if they are small, and where you are using your voice around where you need support and nurturing and things that help you feel more comfortable at home SO THAT you have more steam to go out there and kick some ass in the world. 
 
So where you feel soft and you want to pull away or not be out in the world, DO SO. It is 100% perfect timing for you to unplug and NOT JUDGE that your body needs to rest for a minute. Stop fighting your natural flows because this normal cycle is to get you seeing that you are ready to really assert yourself this time and really find the way to not get conned by what sucks the life out of you, and to make the essential and often fluctuating changes that keep you feeling nurtured and supported and held like a good mama letting you know there IS a mama bear watching over you. And they would be wise to step back and get out the way. 
 
So allow this time to hold you and listen to what your body tells you to do. You are to not fight the cravings or the baths or the many blankets or the movies you want to be the way of your day. You are to just listen and support your own self SO AS TO THEN manifest the best support from others, OR the voice and words you need to share so as to GO FOR the support you need. 
 
You also may feel low or sad, but you won't have words or understanding as to what exactly this is for. It may not make sense. But something is sad in order to move you, and also to honor that too much is too much, and sometimes you have to take care of you before you think others will. And OFTEN you taking care of you gets you feeling so brand new that you wonder why you didn’t do this sooner. Massages always get us feeling like we should have always been doing this and now have to include it in our monthly self-care. Allow your body to guide you to something that may need tears and food and down time but let it be okay and allow this natural reboot that WILL get you full steam tomorrow and ready to start over with serious power. Let this day first soothe you and get you ready. Do only what feels like a yes in your body. LAY LOW. 
 
It's time for you to say no
To all that needs you 
To tap dance for it. 
Make today about your own self care
And go towards what feels like 
Support, love and mouthfuls of yummy.
